The Kingston Foreshore’s newest resident brings an elevated Turkish experience to Canberra’s Inner South – and critics predict it will become a fast favourite. Chef Mert Toplu is preparing a diverse four-course menu for you that fuses classic Turkish dishes and flavours with modern cooking techniques. Ben will be guiding you through a tasting of six paired wines. The evening is shaping up to be one to remember.
