MEMBERSHIP FAQ

Wine club shipments are sent in March, August, and November, correlating to our new wine releases.

We will send you an email approximately three weeks before the shipment date, detailing what wines Ben has chosen and why. Customisation (as allowed by tier level), shipping and any other updates can be made up to 10 days before the shipment date and you will receive a gentle reminder at that time.

Whenever you join, we will contact you to schedule the most recent shipment so you can start enjoying your benefits as a new member!

Your benefits will be activated after your first shipment is processed. You must fulfill your first-year commitment and take a minimum of two shipments per year to maintain an active status.

Membership may be canceled in writing after fulfilling your first-year commitment. Moving forward, you may skip up to one club shipment per year. Benefits are not active during skipped shipment periods. 

If you would like to pause or cancel your membership, written notification is required via email at sales@dukesvineyard.com.

You can make changes or updates to orders prior to billing. No changes to your order or address can be made once the order has been processed or shipped.

No signature required. AusPost will deliver like any other wine shipment. Customers should add any special instructions about leaving the shipment if they are not home to receive. (ex. leave on back porch; leave at post office; etc.). We suggest shipping to a business address, if possible, to avoid any missed shipments or delays.

Login and go to My Account. Your Membership will be listed below the Welcome message. Address and billing information can be updated using the Manage Membership link. Club Release details are below the Club Tier information. Connoisseur and Collector members, use the Customize Your Shipment button to add or edit your wine selections for the current release.

YES! In the Club tab you will see all of the available membership options. When you click to JOIN one of them, you will see on the actual membership joining page a box that is for GIFT MEMBERSHIP.  This will enable you to give the membership as a gift.
