Duke's Vineyard Loyalty is our way of taking care of the people who take care of us.

In the four years since we took over Duke's Vineyard, we've been incredibly fortunate to grow a wonderful community around our little corner of the Porongurups.

Some of you visit once and fall in love with the place. Others are introduced to our wines by friends or sommeliers; some by wine shop owners or chefs. Over time, many of you have become friends.

This program was created to recognise that support. It's our way of thanking the people who continue to choose Duke's Vineyard wines and help us share this special place with others.

As part of Duke's Vineyard Loyalty, you'll enjoy Duke's Dollars, birthday gifts, exclusive offers, special experiences and loyalty-only benefits throughout the year.

The more you support Duke's Vineyard, the more you receive as a thank you.

Subscribe to our mailing list, log in to your account, and you're automatically part of the community. From there, we'll take care of the rest.

Dukes's Vineyard Loyalty vs Magpie Hill Wine Club

Duke's Vineyard Loyalty and the Magpie Hill Wine Club are designed to work alongside each other. Duke's Loyalty rewards customers for their ongoing support and engagement with the winery. The Magpie Hill Wine Club is our most exclusive offering, providing members with first access to new releases, library wines, signed bottles and additional member-only benefits. These offerings will remain separate, so you can choose which way you'd like to enjoy Duke's Vineyard wines.

Duke's Vineyard Loyalty is our rewards programme designed to thank customers for their ongoing support. Members enjoy exclusive offers, rewards, experiences and special benefits simply by engaging with Duke's Vineyard and purchasing their favourite wines.

Simply subscribe to our mailing list and you'll automatically become a member of Duke's Vineyard Loyalty. You'll need to make sure you're logged in to your account to receive and redeem your rewards.

Absolutely. Membership is completely free and begins as soon as you subscribe.

As you purchase wine and engage with Duke's Vineyard, you'll unlock additional rewards and gain access to greater perks and benefits. Tiers are based on your annual spend and activity with the winery.

Duke's Dollars are store credits awarded as loyalty rewards when you reach certain milestones within the programme. Credits can be redeemed on future purchases online or at the cellar door.

Rewards can be unlocked through purchases, milestones, birthdays, anniversaries and participation in selected Duke's Vineyard activities and events.

We'll let you know via email whenever you've unlocked a new reward or tier. Rewards and available credits will also be visible within your customer account.

Yes. Any available credits can be redeemed when shopping online and will also be visible when you log into your customer account.

The Loyalty works on a calendar year, so your Tier will reset on the 1st of January every year.

Specific rewards and credits will expire at the end of each calendar year. Any applicable expiry dates will be clearly communicated when the reward is issued.

Unfortunately not. The two programmes operate independently.

Duke's Vineyard Loyalty is a rewards programme designed to recognise customer engagement and annual spend.

The Magpie Hill Wine Club is a separate membership programme that provides exclusive access to new releases, library wines, signed bottles and other Club-only benefits.
