Refund policy
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before we dispatch your order. If you cancel before we have sent the wine, we will refund to you the price of the wine and the cost of delivery, if any.
We will endeavour to refund any money owed to you due to you cancelling an order within 14 days of us receiving notice of your cancellation.
Order Returns or Exchanges
Our most important task is to ensure your absolute satisfaction. We will always strive to reach that target. However, we acknowledge that mistakes are made occasionally. If you are not wholly satisfied with the product, please tell us by email at the earliest opportunity:
• exactly what is the fault
• the date, if relevant, when the fault became apparent
• when and how you discovered the fault
• how the fault affected your enjoyment of the wine
If your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately. As our warehouse starts processing orders almost immediately after they are placed, we may not be able to make any changes or cancel orders once they are placed.
We offer returns if a wine is faulty or damaged, however, we cannot offer exchanges if you change your mind, etc.
